BRICK PRESSED SANDWICH

1 Ciabatta Loaf, or other rustic Italian Bread
Prosciutto Slices
Olive Tapenade
Salami, thinly sliced
Roasted Red Bell Peppers
Fresh Basil Leaves
Cappiello Marinated Mozzarella, Sliced
Olive Oil, for drizzling
Marinated Artichokes
B.C.Balsamic Onions
 
Half bread length-wise. Put on a large piece of parchment paper. Remove and discard center'- doughy portion of loaf. Begin by spreading with the olive tapenade and layer remaining ingredients, ending with the basil leaves on top. Drizzle olive oil on top half of bread and place on sandwich. Wrap securely with parchment paper and place on cutting board. Place one or two bricks, or other heavy object, on top to flatten sandwich for at least one hour. Refrigerate if serving later. To serve, unwrap, slice and enjoy!
