Pasta Salad
|
1-Cup Foglie D’Autonno Pasta 1-Cup Farfallone Pasta 1 Package Gerhard’s Andouille Sausage 3 Tablespoons Bella Cuccina Eggplant Pesto ½ Bunch Arugula (Rough Chop) ½ Bunch Basil (Rough Chop) ½ Bunch Parsley (Rough Chop) 2 Cloves Garlic Sliced 1 Shallot Sliced 2 Ears Roasted Corn 4 Artichokes 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes—Quartered Salt Pepper Olive Oil |
Sautee the garlic and Shallot in oil. Add the Sausage and corn and sauté 1 minute. Add Pesto, Tomatoes and sauté for an additional minute. Remove from heat. Toss with green and the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
