Chicken, Andouille Sausage and Brie Skewers with Praline Mustard Dipping Sauce

8 ounces chicken breast
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
12 ounces andouille sausage
8 ounces brie
8 ounces praline mustard glaze
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate chicken in thyme and olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill chicken and cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
Cut andouille and brie to 1 1/2-inch cubes.

Skewer one piece of chicken, one piece of andouille and one piece of brie onto a stick. Glaze with praline sauce and heat until cheese just starts to melt. Serve with additional warmed glaze.
